When is even Enough too Much?

An avid installer of many, many different distros (Linux and lately also the BSD's), that's me. It's curiosity about that new, shiny thing, but also wanting to learn new things.
How we got here is another blog post, but it looks like it's definitely slowing down. It's like the old days: there's one mini pc as a main workstation and there's one laptop for work et al.
That main pc has two nvme's, one with Slackware Tilers, my adaptation of Slackware Current with the Sway, MangoWC and Niri windowmanagers. The other nvme has Gentoo with the latest KDE on it.

Essentially that blend (one tiling window manager setup and one KDE setup) is what I want and use, already for many years.

Window managers might change, KDE stays. No surprise then my work laptop has VoidLinux with dwm on it, dwm became my productivity all time fav in the last three years or so.
One spare laptop and one N150 NUC are the testing beds (for atomics, bsd's, that shiny new thing), but don't usually last a day or two.
I'm in a priviliged position, I know, but even Enough can be too Much.
